Building A Video Library For Professional Development (Tech & Learning)

Hartford Public Schools has created a video library in order for teachers to analyze their own instruction. In order to do so, the district identified 66 K-12 classrooms where teachers were exemplifying high-quality practice. These exemplary classrooms are called “lab classrooms”. Then, the district provided training for the teachers on how to record and upload exemplary videos in Edthena. Now other teachers in the district can use this video library as a resource to view what is working well in the classroom.
