How This School is Successfully Implementing Video Coaching (Tech Decisions)

At Equality Charter Middle School in Bronx, New York, principal Amanda Huza and her team started conducting peer-to-peer observations to help teachers collaboratively share best practices and receive constructive feedback. These observations benefitted teachers, but going into other classrooms to observe their peers was taking up too much of their prep time.
